Hi, I'm Jen Guthrie and I'm an experienced Clinical Psychologist and CAT Practitioner.  I have been working in the NHS for 14 years and now also work in private practice.  I currently offer sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the Whitley Bay area in North Tyneside. I offer face-to-face as well as online sessions.

I have 14 years of experience working in the field of Adult Mental Health, within inpatient settings, community teams and specialist tertiary services.  I have a special interest in neurodiversity, trauma and emotional difficulties.  Within my NHS role I work with children and adults with learning disabilities and neurodiversity. 

I am passionate about the CAT model and would welcome enquiries regarding a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, eating difficulties, relationship and emotional difficulties, trauma and stress-related problems.
