Just log into the website then, from your homepage, scroll down to the “Your Accounts” bar and select the “Your Accounts with Receipts” tab. Select the PDF icon alongside your desired item to download the relevant receipt.

There are a number of reasons why you may not have received a copy of Reformulation.
Perhaps your membership had lapsed at the time of publication; if it had then you wouldn't be sent a copy as you were not currently a member of ACAT.
Perhaps your postal address details on the database were wrong or incomplete; if so then it would not have reached you for obvious reasons! [If it goes to a work address, is it an address that you've checked regularly or has it been sent to the wrong dept in the internal mail system?]
If you can rule these two options out, then there may be an administrative problem that we as yet don't know about. If you think this might be the case please get in touch and we'll work with you to find out what has happened. Email alison.marfell@acat.me.ukwith your query.
All our emails and postal communications use the contact information held in your Membership Record.
To check or update your personal data, from your home page (you’ll need to be logged into the website), scroll down to the heading:
“Your Records at ACAT [Membership Number: ACATxxxxx]” then click on the
“Your Details” tab just below it.
From there you will see towards the top right “Update Your Records” If you click on that that takes you through to your personal information.

There is a link for information about the requirement for private practice listing which you should read first.
Then click ‘Add Listing’ to submit the information you would like displayed under ‘Find a therapist’. The information you put into the free text box should include the times and days you are available and your contact details.
Once you’ve submitted the listing we’ll receive notification at the office and we will proof read and authorise your listing. We will let you know by email once this is done and your listing is live on the website.

Then click ‘Add Listing’ to submit the information you would like displayed under ‘Find a Supervisor’. The information you put into the free text box should include the times and days you are available and your contact details.
Once you’ve submitted the listing we’ll receive notification here and will proof and authorise. I’ll let you know by email once this is done.

Then click [Edit Record] which you will find to the right of your listing title.
Make any changes and click ‘update details’.

Once selected you will only receive plain emails, without the formatting, from ACAT from then on.
In order to see any information that is available to members (rather than the general public) you need to be logged into the website, you can do this via the prompt in the top right corner of the home page. Once you log in you will automatically be directed to your home page and you will see “[Your Name]’s Home Page” displayed towards the top of the page. You can then navigate around the website and see all the information available to members.

From there you will see a link to “update your records” towards the top right corner.
If you click on that that takes you through to your personal info, the password is near the top under “Account & Login Details”
Check out our calendar - this can be found on the right-hand side of the home page (just below the UKCP logo) and is a great way to see everything that’s going on including meeting, submission deadlines etc in one place!
Log into the ACAT website
You will be automatically directed to your Homepage
Scroll down to the ‘Events’ bar
Click on the ‘Events Attended’ tab
Click on the PDF icon next to the relevant event to download your certificate
From your home page, look out for the calendar on the right-hand side, you will find the membership renewal information in red text under ‘Your ACAT Status’ just beneath the calendar.
SECpay handles all these transactions with maximum security. Don’t forget to tick the Gift Aid box if you haven't already done so!
