I am an experienced clinical psychologist and qualified CAT practitioner, having worked extensively in the NHS and within universities, contributing to the training of other psychologists. I work with adults experiencing a wide range of struggles, particularly when someone is noticing repeating patterns of difficulties, perhaps in how they relate to themselves or others. I have specialist experience working within women’s health and physical health settings, for example, with difficulties related to pregnancy, childbirth, loss, gynaecological conditions such as painful sex, and long term health conditions.

I am passionate about psychological health and therefore understanding your experiences so we can think together about what you need. I offer a compassionate, safe, supportive space do this. I pride myself on my ethics and professionalism and will always discuss with you whether I think I am best placed to work with you.
