Qualified as a CAT Therapist and Supervisor, I trained as a Clinical Psychologist and am registered with the British Psychological Society, Health Care Professions Council and ACAT.  I currently offer evening sessions of private CAT therapy.

CAT is my main model of working therapeutically and I value its relational approach, attention to inner life and its structure and focus for change. I have nine years’ experience of offering CAT therapy in NHS adult services; I have supervised CAT trainees and offered training in CAT to multi-professional groups and trainee clinical psychologists.
