Hello.  as an experienced Counselling Psychologist, with over twenty years of NHS mental health practice, I can offer therapy for anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship, stress, eating disorder, trauma, workplace stress, among other mental health difficulties.  

With a particular interest in working creatively, it would be a pleasure to collaborate with you to make your therapeutic journey an effective shared experience.   As a mindfulness practitioner and teacher, I have a particular interest in integrating a mindful way of living into CAT.
