Hi ….  I’m a Counselling Psychologist and have worked in the NHS, predominantly in secondary care teams, for over ten years.  I work primarily within a CAT framework, integrating EMDR and Compassion Focused Therapy into the CAT model.  I offer individual therapy and supervision in private practice in the Consett area of North Durham, primarily on Thursday and Monday evenings.  Weekends are a possibility where required.
