I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and ACAT Accredited CAT practitioner. I have worked for the NHS for 20 years in both physical and mental health services. I offer therapy for adults with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, abuse, loss and bereavement.  I also specialise in working with adults who experience physical health conditions/long-term conditions such as persistent pain (Fibromyalgia and other chronic pain conditions) and chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS). 

I utilise a number of psychological approaches as well as CAT, including EMDR, ACT and CFT. I offer psychological therapy, clinical supervision and training.
