I have worked in the NHS as a clinical psychologist for over thirty years, and qualified as a cognitive analytic therapy (CAT) practitioner in 2010.  My experience is mainly with adults experiencing complex psychological difficulties in a diverse inner city context. I currently work in an NHS occupational health/staff support service, and for a year worked in a recovery service for people with drug and alcohol problems.  CAT is my main therapy approach but I also integrate other approaches into this work according to the needs of the person seeking therapy.

I'm also an ACAT-accredited CAT supervisor.

I can also offer training therapies for trainees on courses other than the Catalyse practitioner course in the north (for boundary reasons).

I offer therapy and supervision remotely over Zoom.  In the future I may be in a position to offer face-to-face sessions in South Manchester.  Availability is generally Mondays to Wednesdays 9.30 till 5.30, but please note I don't anticipate I will have spaces before mid 2025.
