I’m an ACAT accredited CAT Psychotherapist (UKCP Reg) and supervisor with over 25 years experience of working in the NHS in varying areas of mental health, initially as a mental health nurse. Currently I work in a Psychotherapy Service in Manchester offering individual CAT and Psychodynamic Interpersonal Therapy (PIT), and previously co-run CAT groups. I also have extensive experience of working with self-harm, and using brief therapy approaches of CAT and PIT.

I run a small private practice offering individual CAT, including training therapies for CAT Practitioner and IRRAPT trainees and personal reformulations. I also offer supervision.
My availability is late afternoon and early evening on week days.
