I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and CAT pracitioner, with over 15 years experience working with young people and adults in the NHS, voluntary sector and private practice. Currently I work in Physical Health Psychology services, supporting those with long term conditions and mental health struggles to live a fullfilled life. I work with a variety of difficulties including low mood, anxiety, OCD, relationship problems, school/workplace difficutlies, perfectionism, trauma, neurodiversity, cultural identity and low self-esteem.
