Web-site restrictions

ACAT will be moving to a new web site on Thursday, 10th April.

In preparation, from Friday, 4th April this old web site will not let members renew their membership, and any other changes members make, e.g. their personal details, will get ‘lost in the move’.

Urgent membership renewals should instead be done by contacting Alison Marfell.

Staffordshire [Natalie Southall]

I am a Clinical Psychologist and a CAT Practitioner, working in the NHS and part-time in independent practice.

I work with adults facing a range of emotional, behavioural, mental health and psychological difficulties.  I work collaboratively with people to develop an understanding of the issues they are experiencing.  I offer support to enable the person to develop new ways of relating to themselves, to their difficulties and to the world around them.

I provide CAT for difficulties including stress, anxiety, depression, difficult early life experiences, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, emotional difficulties, loss and adjustment or for personal growth.  Within CAT, I draw on ideas from other therapies, such as compassion focussed therapy, mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapies.  I am happy to have an informal discussion with you to discuss your needs and therapy goals, and help you decide whether CAT work with me would be helpful to you.

I offer appointments via Zoom, on some weekday evenings or Friday mornings.
