I am an accredited CAT Practitioner and a Clinical Psychologist.  I am registered with BPS, ACAT and HCPC.  I work part-time within an NHS service and part-time in independent practice.  I am based in Shrewsbury and my private therapy days are Mondays and Fridays.

I work with adults and young adults who have a range of psychological issues ranging from anxiety, depression, early complex trauma, adjustment/adaptation issues and personal development/growth. Sessions are held outdoors using nature as a co-therapist in the work.
