I am a CAT practitioner and a psychiatrist. I work in both the NHS and in private practice. Over the years I have worked with children and adults of all ages, who have been experiencing a wide range of difficulties from serious psychiatric illness to more common mental health problems, as well as those struggling in their day-to-day relationships.
