I am a CAT Practitioner; Chartered Clinical Psychologist and EMDR Therapist.  I have 15+ years of experience working in the NHS with adults with complex psychological and mental health difficulties.  I also specialise in perinatal mental health and have additional trainings in this area. 

I have a small private practice alongside my NHS work where I am Lead for Psychology in a Secondary Care Specialist Mental Health Service for adults. 

I’m passionate about helping Psychologists, Health Care Professional and Therapists develop into the most authentic, and chosen, version of themselves.

I have a private practice located in Chelmsford, Essex. I am also happy to work with people online.
