Essex (near Chelmsford); Stratford, East London [Libby Watson]

I am a CAT Practitioner and a Chartered Clinical Psychologist. I run a private practice in Heybridge, Essex (Fridays, Saturdays, weekday evenings). I also work in the Stratford area, East London.

I have over 10 years NHS experience working with adults with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, personality and relational difficulties, with specialist experience of weight management and long-term health conditions. I also work as a Senior Lecturer and trainer at the University of East London (UEL).
