I have been an accredited CAT therapist for 10 years and have spent 20 years working for the NHS in adult mental health services in the far west of Cornwall. From the beginning of my career as a registered mental health nurse, to my current role of  psychological therapist, my experiences have allowed me to develop an ecclectic approach to therapy and I am quaified to offer a wide range of psychological interventions, but CAT remains my preferred treatment. 

I am now able to provide in person therapy from my small private practice in Penzance on Mondays. I can offer treatment for a wide range of mental health problems including anxiety, depression. trauma, bereavement and most relational difficulties.
