I am a CAT Practitioner in private practice in central Exeter seeing clients typically face to face or online, for those that prefer online. 

The online platforms that I use are, Zoom, FaceTime or Whatsapp Video.

I have been a therapist for over 20 years with diplomas in CAT, Psychodynamic and Addiction counselling. I have experience and training in working within a varied range of mental health issues.I used to work for NHS but now conentrating on  my Private Practice.

I have been a qualified CATPractioner for 15 years, my interest in CAT is because it incorporates Psychodynamic theory and Cognitive Psychology and at its heart it concerned with the way we relate to ourselves and other people often from our childhood experiences.

Exeter, Devon.

Solis Rooms are located in Central Exeter, 8 mins from Exeter Central Station, car parks are nearby including Princess Hay, John Lewis and The Guildhall carpark.

Presently my working hours are Monday afternoons and Wednesdays I work online and Tuesdays I work face to face, Mondays 12.30 -6pm, Wednesdays 9-6pm. Tuesdays 10am -6.30

I can be flexible and will try to find a time that is workable for you.
