I am a consultant clinical psychologist, an accredited CAT practitioner and CAT supervisor with over 25 years experience of working in the NHS. I am the head of a specialist service in the NHS for people with complex trauma and long standing interpersonal difficultues. I am trained to accreditation in a number of different therapies, such as Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Radical Open Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (RO-DBT) Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Internal Family Systems (IFS) Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and these all inform the CAT work that I deliver.

I offer private therapy and supervision.

My working hours are early morning (7-8am) Monday to Friday or evenings on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday between 6 and 9pm.

My practice is primarily on line due to the covid epidemic but where possible I am able to arrange face to face appointments as well.
