I am an accredited CAT practitioner with over 20 years experience working in NHS mental Health services. I continue to work within the NHS alongside a private practice, within which I offer face to face therapy in Dorset and online therapy via TEAMS and ZOOM. Furthermore, I offer EMDR therapy for trauma related problems.
