I am a CAT Practitioner and have a wide range of experience of working with people who present with complex mental health difficulties and who have experienced significant trauma and adversity. I have a good understanding of the CAT structure and model and am able to offer a safe and collaboratively supportive therapy, to help make sense of past and current difficulties.
I have experience of working in mental health services within the NHS, in both adults and children services and am also qualified in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy.
I am currently able to see private clients, either face to face or online, on Mondays or weekday evenings.
