Apologies, I am unable to offer any new therapy places for the time being but I hope to have availability for virtual therapy from January 2025.
I was a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in the NHS in Adult Mental Health and an Honorary Lecturer in Clinical Psychology at the University of East Anglia until 2014. I now have a small independant practice; I primarily offer time limited Cognitive Analytic Therapy, but can offer shorter or longer term work depending on need. I am primarily offering virtual therapy at the moment. I have practicised, supervised and trained others in CAT for over 20 years but my core trainings and cpd have included cognitive behaviour therapies, dialectical behaviour therapy,  psychodynamic and therapies focused on particular presentations, for example, trauma, emotional difficulties and complex grief. In recent years my therapeutic focus and practice has widened to include compassion focused approaches which I integrate with my CAT work.

I offer reduced rates for NHS workers below band 7, and for trainees in clinical psychology and CAT who are undertaking therapy to better inform their practice. I will also consider concessionary rates on a case by case basis.
