Online Therapy [Krystina Jacobs]

My core profession is as a HCPC registered clinical psychologist (currently working as a clinical lead in the NHS with experience working across a range of mental health settings), and I'm accredited as a CAT psychotherapist, CAT supervisor and an EMDR therapist (and I have a role as a visiting lecturer teaching CAT on clinical psychology doctorate programmes). I offer online private CAT, creating a warm authentic compassionate therapeutic space, to explore a meaningful fulfilling life, healing emotional wounding and trauma, personal growth and self-development, with focus on diversity and difference, including culture, gender, sexual orientation, neurodiversity and spirituality, and incorporating therapeutic concepts from Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).
