I am an ACAT accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapist and a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years' experience working with adults with a range of mental health difficulties.

I work collaboratively with people to develop a joint understanding; emphasising and recognising that patterns that feel problematic in our lives now may have originally evolved as a solution or adaptation. I see the main aim of therapy to work towards meaningful change compassionately.

I offer online and Face to Face sessions and work with all major insurers.
