I have over forty years of experience in Mental Health both in the NHS over a variety of settings including high and medium secure forensic services along with community care and working in Private Practice.

My core professional training was as a Registered Mental Nurse before re training as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist MSc and then undertaking a further training in Cognitive Analytic Therapy.PG Diploma

I am offering Cognitive Analytic Therapy to individual's, trainee's and organisations.

I am an ACAT Accredited Supervisor and Trainer offering supervision and bespoke training days

I offer remote working.
