I have now been ACAT's first CPD Coordinator for two years and the role has been developing as time goes by. Of course once ACAT's 'virtual office' is in place later this autumn, there will be many more opportunities for members to network with each other and to express their views about CPD. However there will still be a need for a Coordinator, and at this stage the role involves:
