ACAT Virtual Office Update

The new database and administration system for ACAT is well under way. Following very positive feedback during the AGM last autumn the detailed plans for the operation of the system are now being fine-tuned. Once this final phase of consultation is complete the programming will commence and the Virtual Office should be up and running by the summer. For more information contact the Virtual Office developer, Jon Sloper, via the ACAT Office or by email:

ACATonline

ACATonline (the official website for ACAT) has had a great many new visitors and correspondents over the past three months. It has been a lively source of contact for mental health professionals seeking information and resources on short term therapy and also for people seeking therapy in their own area. Full lists of current events and training courses are published online and have generated interest and bookings for course organisers. If you are running a course or an event do send in the details and have them promoted through the website. The News page on the website has also been full with information for ACAT members and for those interested in Cognitive Analytic Therapy. Do take time to visit at www.acat.org.uk
