Hello there,

I am a Cognitive Analytic Therapist and Mental Health Nurse, bringing experience from the NHS across a range of different services for adults since 2013.

I am interested in how issues such as gender, class and race can influence self-limiting beliefs and keep us stuck in self-destructive patterns of relating to ourselves and others. Within a safe therapeutic space we can explore internal and external restrictions and identify areas of curiosity to support you to move towards areas of fulfilment in life. 

I offer online and in person sessions (based in Beckenham, Southeast London).
