Hello, I am a Counselling Psychologist and Cognitive Analytic Therapist. I also have a further training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and offer therapy online, and face to face using consulting rooms at South Woodford, London, and Buckhurst Hill, Essex.
