I am an accredited CAT Therapist and an Occupational Therapist registered with HCPC, and I have thirty years’ experience of working therapeutically and psychologically in mental health across a wide range of NHS mental health services. I currently work part time for the NHS in an Eating Disorder Service offering CAT and other evidence-based psychological therapies, and I also have a small private practice based in Berkhamsted.

I see people face to face and online over zoom, and have some daytime, evening and weekend appointments.
