CAT is practiced in a variety of settings - this workshop aims to examine and discuss the patient's needs and goals and how these can be understood within the CAT framework and the setting of the therapy.
This workshop will be of interest to both trainee and qualified CAT therapists working in public services or using CAT in private practice, as a brief or longer term model, adapted to in-patient or residential settings or where external constraints such as funding or service criteria affect or determine the therapeutic contract.
This is a great opportunity for CAT therapists in the South West to meet together and learn about the many settings where CAT is practiced.
Please note we will be meeting with Claire for dinner in Plymouth the evening before on Sunday 3rd July. There is also the option of a 1 hour cruise around Plymouth Sound after the Monday workshop. Both these options are bookable separately and are not included in the workshop cost.
Please let Sheila Cassidy know if you would like further details about either the dinner or the cruise - phone or text to : 07854 859961
