Timings: 1.00pm -4.30pm
We speak of ourselves, our feelings and understandings inwardly and outwardly with our voices. We carry voices in our heads from society, family and the past. In a complex world we need awareness and sensitivity to attune to and find our voices in different roles and contexts. CAT's tools can help.
This workshop is led by Steve Potter and Lucy Cutler who are in the final stages of writing a book on voice work using CAT.
